VIStructural reference diagram and working principle:
During operation, centrifugal pumps rely on high-speed rotating impellers to obtain energy from the liquid under the action of inertial centrifugal force, thereby increasing pressure. Before the centrifugal pump starts working, the pump body and inlet pipeline must be filled with liquid medium to prevent cavitation. When the impeller rotates rapidly, the blades cause the medium to rotate quickly, and the rotating medium flies out of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force. After the water in the pump is thrown out, a vacuum zone is formed in the central part of the impeller. Continuously inhaling liquid while providing a certain amount of energy to the inhaled liquid to expel it. The centrifugal pump works continuously like this.

8Product features:
1. Automatic start: The diesel water pump unit can automatically start and operate at full load within 5 seconds after receiving a fire alarm/pipeline pressure/power outage/or other start signals;
2. Automatic charging: The battery can be charged automatically by the mains power or diesel engine charging motor to ensure the smooth start-up of the unit;
3. Automatic alarm: It automatically alarms and protects against faults such as low oil pressure and high water temperature in diesel engines, and alarms and shuts down when overspeed occurs;
4. Automatic preheating: put the diesel engine in a hot standby state to ensure emergency operation;
5. Direct connection: Diesel water pump units below 360kw adopt the technology of direct connection between diesel engine and water pump through elastic coupling, which reduces the number of fault points and greatly shortens the starting time of the unit, increasing the reliability and emergency performance of the unit;
6. Users can also request to set other alarm outputs (non-standard supply);
